If the ClickShare Speaker is not present, then this means the "enable audio" (see bullet 3) is disabled in the Configurator or that the configuration has not yet been transmitted to the Button. In case the ClickShare speaker is not the selected default speaker, click on the arrow in the top right corner of the dialog box, and select the ClickShare Speaker: On Windows 10: When clicking on the audio icon in your tray icon, this is what should see: When plugging in the Button, check if your device recognizes the audio capabilities of the Button and that your computer has correctly selected the ClickShare Speaker as an audio device:.Next to this, make sure the Audio output is correctly selected in the interface. We advise you to re-pair the Buttons after changing this setting to make sure the correct configuration has been transmitted to the Button immediately.
